Buying through the site
Why are there no prices in the showcase?
Each work is unique or part of a limited edition, and we prefer to talk with every collector. Register, select the works that interest you and send a price request: we reply with a viewing room prepared for you, with prices and availability.
How do I ask for prices?
1. Register in a minute (name, email and a password). 2. In the showcase, press “+ Select” on the works you like. 3. Press “Request prices” and add a message if you wish. We will email you when your viewing room is ready.
What is a personal viewing room?
A private page in your account with the works you asked about (and sometimes others we think you will like), the price we offer you for each one, notes and, when applicable, the date until which those prices are valid. Only you can see it once you sign in.
How long does it take to receive my viewing room?
We usually answer within 24 to 48 hours. If you need it sooner, mention it in your message or write to info@logisticsfinearts.com.
How do I pay?
From your viewing room, add the works to your cart and pay through Square’s secure checkout, with a credit or debit card or the other methods Square offers. For other arrangements, such as a bank transfer, ask us before purchasing.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies (Florida sales tax for Miami-Dade County). Buyers outside Florida or outside the United States may be subject to other taxes or import duties in their own country.
Can someone else buy a work while I decide?
Yes. Works are offered subject to prior sale. If you want us to hold a work for a few days, ask us: we confirm holds in writing. When you start a checkout, the work is held for 30 minutes.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a receipt from Square and a confirmation from us. We then contact you to quote crating, if needed, and agree the date on which your carrier will collect the work at our premises in Miami.
Delivery and transport
Do you ship the works?
No. Works are delivered at our premises in Miami, and the buyer hires the carrier of their choice to collect them, in the United States or abroad. If you wish, we can suggest specialized fine-art carriers.
Who is responsible during transport?
The buyer. From the moment the work is handed over to your carrier, transport, insurance and any damage or loss in transit are at your charge and risk. We recommend insuring the work for its full value.
Can you crate the work?
Yes. Crating is one of our specialties: we crate each work in our atelier according to its size, materials and destination. Crating is quoted separately.
Can I collect the work myself?
Yes, by appointment at our premises in Miami. Write to us to arrange it.
Account and privacy
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. You will receive a link, valid for one hour, to choose a new one.
How do I stop the emails about new works?
In your account, open Preferences and untick “Email me when new works match my interests”, or use the link in any of those emails.
How do I delete my account?
Write to info@logisticsfinearts.com from the email of your account and we will delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
